Alicia Leigh Willis is one of 4 children and was raised in Atlanta, Georgia by her parents David and Leigh Willis.  Later her family moved to California to pursue acting.

Alicia' first major acting role was playing a volleyball player in a Kellogg's Frosted Flake Commercial. A year or so later, Willis was booked on an episode of 7th Heaven. By the age of 18, Willis was working as a waitress while attending acting school. She also landed a recurring role on the WB's 7^th Heaven as Corey Conway.

In 1999, Alicia landed her first soap opera gig, the role of Alli Fowler on Another World. Two years later, she landed the role of Courtney Matthews on General Hospital in December 2001.

Alicia is also an accomplished athlete, in the sports of soccer and volleyball. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, surfing and kickboxing.
