Heading For A Wedding
When Jason and Courtney reach the alter, will they be
tying the knot or getting laid to rest?
On GH this week, a new threat may prove fatal to Jason and
Courtney's engagement… and to the lovers themselves!
Indecent Proposal
First off, Jason reports to Sonny that a thug offered him a
lot o cash to make a deal with the Miami gang.
What's more, he adds, the Florida cartel killed Angry John because he
knew too much!
Meanwhile, Courtney concerns herself with wedding gowns and
reception halls. "She's willing to live that dangerous life, because she
feels that there's no one else for her," sums up Alicia Leigh Willis, who
plays the bride-to-be. "Jason
makes her happy, so it's worth it."
Carly Butts In
Later, Carly announces to Courtney that -
surprise! - she has planned her entire wedding. In return, Courtney asks
Carly to be her made of honor. Elsewhere,
Jason asks Mike for his daughter's hand in marriage. Nothing , it seems, can
muck up these nuptials. "Courtney got it all wrong the first time,"
Willis says. "She married the wrong man and it was against everybody's
wishes. This time, she found the man
she really does want to spend the rest of her life with. They've gone to great lengths to get
everyone to accept them together, so she wants their wedding to be
perfect."
Party Time
Courtney just might get her wish, too - well, almost. When
the Quartermaines hear that Jason is tying the knot, they are all thrilled for
him… except for A.J., of course.
Later, Tagliati calls Sonny to a meeting, but when he and
Jason arrive on the scene, it's actually a surprise bachelor party for the
groom. Jason doesn't stick around for
long, though; he has other plans. At the same time, Carly throws a bridal
shower for Courtney. Among the guests are former strippers and the future Mrs.
Morgan's long-MIA mom, Janine (thanks to A.J.). "Courtney has been through
a lot," says Willis, "so she deserves the wedding of her
dreams."
