WEDDING BELLS FOR GH

J.Lo and Ben, take note. Don't give up hope just because you didn't make it down the aisle as originally scheduled. General Hospital's Jason and Courtney, whose initial wedding plans fell to the wayside, finally tie knot on Oct. 10 in the land known for l'amour. "Jason felt he was just making things worse for Sonny and decided to take Courtney away from all the drama," shares Courtney's portrayer, Alicia Leigh Willis.

With France as their romantic backdrop, Jason and Courtney finally exchange "I do's." "Courtney had her doubts," says Willis. "After the accident, she felt she couldn't give Jason what he wanted, a child." Courtney realizes the extent of Jason's love as he suggests they take their vows. "She wasn't expecting that," Willis declares. Courtney gets another big surprise when her brother, Sonny, and his pregnant wife, Carly, show up for the nuptials. "They are the two most important people in her life besides Jason, which makes the whole ceremony very sweet."

Jason and Courtney start off their life together in paradise, but can the fairy tale last? "It's a soap, so there's going to be problems down the road," Willis says. "But I'm hoping their love is strong enough that they'll be able to get through it."
