Summary: This begins on the day of Jason and Courtney's wedding day.

Bit of information: Instead of growing up in Atlantic City, Courtney was raised in a small town
in Oklahoma.

Chapter 1

Sonny: So, a little nervous? A little nervous?

Jason: Um --

Sonny: I know how much you hate this stuff.

Jason: Yeah, well, you know, I know it's important to make a committment in front of other
people. You taught me that. But what's up with these tuxes? Why do i have to wear this thing?

Sonny: It looks great on you.

Jason: Yeah. Yeah, whatever.

Sonny: It's going to be good standing up there next to you.

Jason: You got me here. You've been a friend and a father. You did everything a father's
supposed to and you taught me what i needed to know, and you respected me once i learned. I
have a life because of you.

Sonny: Whatever i gave you, you repaid it a hundred times over.

Jason: I don't know how to thank you.

Sonny: You don't have to thank me. We're family. That's all that matters.  

Bridal Suite

[Courtney and Carly are looking at themselves through a mirror]

Carly: You're perfect.

Courtney: Now it's time for the dress.

Carly: Are you kidding? Come here. Come here, come here, come here.

Courtney: Ok, ok. Is the matron of honor supposed to be so bossy?

Carly: Yes, it's tradition. Just like these gifts.

Courtney: Hmm. Thank you.

Carly: You're welcome. That's from lila. She couldn't be here, but she wanted you to have that.
Ok?

Courtney: Oh, god. It's beautiful.

Carly: See the initials? It's for constance morgan, her mom. But now it's courtney morgan.

Courtney: Lila's given me her blessing.

Carly: Yeah, and her love, too. Any chance you want to open this one?

Courtney: Yes, ma'am!

Carly: Yes, yes, good. It's from me and sonny.

Courtney: Oh -- what did you guys do?

Courtney: [they are sapphire earrings]Oh, carly. They're gorgeous. You already helped me pick
out the other ones.

Carly: Yeah, but these are special. We got them to match the engagement ring.

Courtney: Thank you.

Carly: You're welcome. So we got something old, something new, something borrowed --  [takes
off her diamond bracelet]

Courtney: But didn't sonny give you that?

Carly: Yes, he did, so don't lose it.

Courtney: Oh, gosh. Oh, I promise I will put it back on your wrist safe and sound.

Carly: I trust you.

Courtney: Thank you, carly. Thank you so much for giving me the wedding of my dreams.

Carly: I love jason. It's no secret. But I love you, too, and i want the two of you to have the best
day and the best wedding ever. [they hug] 

Back of the Church

Nikolas: Congratulations.

Jason: Thanks.

Emily: You look so handsome, jason.  [They hug]

Jason: I'm so glad you're here.

Sonny: Emily, hi.

Emily: Hi.

Sonny: I'm glad you're doing well.

Emily: Thank you.

Sonny: Nikolas.

Nikolas: Sonny.

Emily: I'm so happy everything turned out so well, and you know the family's going to show up.

Jason: Yeah, that's ok.

Emily: I'll drag them out if they get too obnoxious or anything.

Jason: No, don't worry about the Quartermaines. Just enjoy yourself.

Emily: Ok.

Nikolas: That's the plan.

Janine: Sonny, i have every right to see my baby get married. Please don't fight me.

Sonny: Listen, if courtney wants you here, that's fine. But if you cause any trouble, you know
where you're going.

Mike: Courtney is about to have the wedding of her dreams, and you won't spoil it.

Sonny: That's right.

Janine: Hey, if my daughter wants to marry her brother's chief thug, what am I supposed to do?

Sonny: Ok, see what i'm talking about? More comments like that, you know where you're going.
You're out of here.

Janine: Ok, all right.

Sonny: I'm just telling you.

Janine: All right, i know. It's courtney's life, and I will find a way to deal with it, ok?

Mike: Good, good.

Edward: Who in god's name invited that dreadful woman?

Alan: She's the mother of the bride-to-be. She's supposed to be at the wedding.

Monica: Why don't you go and say hi, sweet cheeks.

Emily: Hello, grandfather.

Edward: You look pale. Did you skip breakfast?

Emily: Oh, you caught me again.

Edward: Well, congratulations, jason. For once in your heathen life, you've shown the good
discretion to include your whole family. Of course, you gangsters really don't belong in church.

Emily: Ok, one more insult, and you are so out of here.

Edward: What, for stating the facts? Jason's a heathen, pure and simple. That's all.

Emily: I'll give grandmother a full report.

Edward: Oh, please. Come on. Sonny: You let Janine go visit Courtney?

Mike: Well, would you be happier if she made a big scene right here?

Sonny: No, no, I just want everything to be perfect for my sister.

Mike: Yeah, I understand.

Sonny: All right.  

Bridal Suite

[Courtney is front of a full length mirror]

Carly: Open your eyes. [Courtney sighs]

Janine: Baby?

Courtney: Hi, momma.

Janine: You look beautiful.

Courtney: Will you please try to be happy for me today?

Janine: I'll do my best.

Courtney: Mom, i love jason with all my heart, and i want to be with him more than anything.

Janine: You know, you were the one thing that i have ever done right in my entire life, and I am
so very proud of you.

Courtney: Ok. No smeared makeup. Everything has to be perfect.

Janine: I love you, baby.  [They hug]

Courtney: I love you, too. [Michael comes in]

Michael: I'm ready for my flower.

Carly: Oh, you're ready for your flower? All right. Have a seat, mister. Mr. Man. Show me those
rings.

Michael: I'm doing my job like Jason told me.

Carly: Oh, yes, you are. Good. Ok, let's get this in here. Look at you. Perfect.

Courtney: [leans down to his level] You know, michael, i can't get married without those rings.

Michael: I know.

Courtney: You know. You look very handsome.

Carly: Ok, great. Yes, now get up, ok? You're going to wrinkle your dress.

Courtney: Will you listen to her? I look fine!

Carly: Yeah, well, you know what, I don't want fine. I want perfect. Now get over there.

Courtney: Oh, wow. [Michael drops one of the rings and gets on the floor to look for it]

Carly: Ok. Put this over here. And when you walk down -- when you're walking down the aisle --

Back of the church

Carly: Ok. Flowers.

Courtney: Check.

Carly: Something old.

Courtney: Check.

Carly: Something new?

Courtney: Check.

Carly: Something borrowed.

Courtney: Check.

Carly: Something blue.

Courtney: Check.

Carly: Father of the bride?

Mike: Check.

Carly: Stand right here.

Mike: Check.

Carly: Don't -- don't wrinkle her dress. Don't stand on it, either.

Mike: I wouldn't dream of it.

Carly: Rings--oh, Michael?

Michael: Right here mom and I have the rings that Uncle Jason gave me.

Carly: Ok very good. So were all set to go now. Ok it goes Michael, then me, then when I get down the aisle the music will change and the doors will open for the bride and father of the bride to walk down the aisle. Ok set?

Courtney: Set

Mike: Set

Michael: Set.

Carly: Ok lets get started.
