Prologue

In this story Courtney had went to Port Charles and found out she had a

brother, and that her dad was still alive. She became close to Sonny,

but

had moved back to Atlantic City. Jason (like in the show) had been

traveling

around the world when this happened. Jason came back to Port Charles

shortly

after Courtney had left. Sonny has mentioned her to him a few times,

but has

never met her before.

Chapter 1

Courtney sat on the plane. She was nervous and excited all at the same

time.

She was headed back to Port Charles. The stuardist walked over to her.

"How

can I help you?" The stuardist asked.

"Um..when will we be arriving in Port Charles?" COurtney asked

politely.

The stuardist smiled. "We should be there within the hour."

"Thank you." Courtney said. She sighed and settled back into her seat.

She

couldn't wait to see her brother. She had missed him, and she couldn't

wait

to tell him the great news.

HarborView Towers

Courtney stepped off the elevator. Everything looked just like it had

when

she had been there last. She approached Marco, who was standing

protectively

by the front door. "Hi, Marco." She said.

"Ms. Mathews, It's so nice to see you. Go ahead. I'm sure Mr. Corinthos

would love to see you." Marco said.

Courtney approached the front door. She turned the handle and entered

the

penthouse. She ran into Sonny's arms. "Sonny!" She exclaimed. She

wrapped

her arms tightly around his neck.

"Courtney!" He said, surprised. He pulled away from the hug and looked

at

her. "You look so grown up." He said, his glance running up and down

her.

"It's only been a 4 months." Courtney said. She glanced around the

place. "I

see your doing well." She said.

"Yeah, what about you?" Sonny asked, pouring her a glass of water at

the wet

bar.

"Actually, I'm doing great!" She said. She couldn't stop smiling.

"That wonderful." Sonny said, handing her the drink. Carly walked down

the

stairs. She smiled widely when she saw her siter-in-law, her best

friend.

"Courtney!" She exclaimed, running up to her and wrapping her arms

tightly

around the younger blonde's figure. Courtney laughed.

"You can let go now." Courtney said. "I'm not oging any where." Carly

pulled

back.

"Sorry. I just can't believe it's you." Carly said happily. "What are

you

doing here?"

"Can't I come see my family with out needing a reason?" She asked,

rhetorically.

Carly laughed. "Of course you can. Oh my god! We have so much to catch

up

on. There's this new store in town, it's got spectacular clothes! And

you

have to go to this restraunt, it has the most delishous food I've ever

tasted!" Carly raved.

"Carly, leave the poor girl alone. She just got off a long flight. She

needs

rest." Sonny said.

"He's right." Carly said to Courtney. "You can sleep in the guest

bedroom."

"No, that's all right. I was going to stay at the Port Charles Hotel."

"No, I'm not letting you stay there. You can stay here, at least for a

little while." Sonny explained. "Look, we're going out for a little

while.

Micheal's at Bobby's, so you can rest in the guest bedroom and when we

get

home we can talk."

Courtney sighed. "I guess. I am exhausted." She said.

Later That Night

Courtney stirred and looked over at the smaal clock on the nearby

nightstand. She had been sleeping for two hours. She had on a white

tank top

that showed her midriff and a pair of black pajama pants. The hip part

had a

tie to keep them up. Marco had got her bags that were shipped to the

Prot

Charles Hotel and brought them over to the penthouse.

She got up and walked downstairs. The place was empty and quiet. She

walked

into the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water. She wandered back into

the

living room. She approached the fire place, looking at the pictures of

her

family that were on the mantel. They looked like the perfect family.

She

laughed slightly when she saw a picture of Sonny and Micheal at the

pool.

She heard a noise from behind her and jumped. She turned and saw a

stranger

standing a few feet away from her.

"....uh, sorry...I didn't mean to scare you." The man said.

"That's o.k." Courtney said. She was curious as to who he was. She knew

he

couldn't be dangerous because or otherwise Marco wouldn't of let him

in. Who

ever he was..he was sexy as hell.

"Who are you?" he asked.

"Oh! I..I um...I'm Courtney, Sonny's sister." She said and reached her

hand

out.

Jason was in shock. 'She was Sonny's sister? The one he always talked

about?

God she was hot!' He saw her hand and shook hands with her. "Hi, I'm

Jason

Morgan. I'm a friend of Sonny's."

"Oh, so your Jason Morgan. I've heard alot about you, mainly form

Carly."

Jason rolled his eyes. 'Great. Why did Carly always have to talk?'

"Good

things, I hope."

"Yes, very good things." She said, and laughed slightly.

Just then the front door opened and Sonny and Carly walked in. "Jason,

what

are you doing here?" Sonny asked.

"Oh.." He said, turning towards him. "I just had to talk to you about

something..but it can wait."

"So you've met Courtney, my sister." Sonny said, as he walked further

into

the room.

"Yeah, I did." He said. He turned and looked towards Carly. "So you

guys

have a good time?" Jason asked.

"Yeah, we did." Carly said.

"Well, I better get going." Jason said. He looked towards Courtney.

"Nice

meeting you." He looked at Sonny and Carly. "See ya later." Jason said

and

walked out of the penthouse.

"So did you sleep good?" Sonny asked Courntey.

"Yeah, and I needed it." She said. The phone rang. Sonny walked over

and

picked it up.

"Corinthos." He said into the phone. "Yeah, o.k." Sonny looked at Carly

and

Courtney. "I have to take this in the other room."

Carly nodded. "O.k. Go." Sonny walked out of the room and upstairs.

Once he

was out of sight Carly turned to Courtney.

"So?" Carly asked.

Courtney looked at her, not sure of what she was talking about. "So?"

"So what happened?" Carly urged on.

"Happened? Carly, what in the world are you talking about?" Courtney

asked,

confused.

"With Jason."

"What do you mean? He came in looking for Sonny, he introduced himself,

I

introduced myself, you guys came home and then he left."

"Oh, come on. Give me details." Calry raved.

"Details? About what?"

'

"Come on, a blind man could see the looks you guys gave eachother. Now

that

I think about it, I never realized it before because you guys weren't

next

to eachother, but now that I saw you guys in the same room, you guys

would

make the perfect couple!"

"Couple? We just met. Plus, that's Sonny's friend. You even said

yourself,

he's family to you guys." Courtney laughed at Carly. She had the

wildest

ideas and plans sometimes.

"Yeah..yeah. Just deny it. But you'll see. I know true love when I see

it

and you guys are destined soul mates."

"Carly, you need something to occupy your mind." Courtney said as she

walked

up the stairs. "I'm just going to go to bed. Tell Sonny I said

goodnight and

I'll talk to him tommorrow."

"Goodnight." Carly called up the stairs.

"Goodnight." She replied.

"...and think about what I said." Carly said to her retreating figure.
