Carly and Michael were sound asleep in thier beds in the guest room.

Jason and Courtney were cuddled on the couch watching the fire,they soon fell asleep in each others arms,covered in a blanket.

The Next Morning

Can I help you?Courtney asked the man at the door.

Hi I'm Judge Farmer,I'm looking for Mrs.Corinthos

Carly,Courtney called and motioned for the judge to enter.

Mrs.Corinthos here are the papers,as soon as you find them you are Ms.Benson again,Judge Farmer said

I thought you needed time to think,I didn't know you were going to divorce Sonny,and over Courtney and I, Jason said

Jase,I'm not divorcing Sonny because of Courtney and you.I'm divorcing Sonny because you guys made me see what an a$$hole Sonny is,Carly said

But,Courtney started

Carly are you sure,are you really sure,Jason asked

Carly nodded and picked up the pen.She signed her name.

Whats wrong?trouble in pardise,AJ asked taking a seat next to Sonny.

Go to hell,AJ,Sonny said

Really Sonny is seperated life getting you down,AJ asked

Shut up,Sonny ordered

I'm not your lap dog Jason,I don't take your orders,AJ taunted

Sonny gave AJ a deathly stare.

Now that your gone,I plan to get custody of my son back,AJ sneered

He is my son you stay the hell away from him,Sonny said

He isn't the son of neither of you,Courtney said as she walked up behind Sonny and AJ who sat at the counter.

Sonny and AJ both swiveled around on there chairs.

Courtney handed Sonny the envelope.

Stay away from Carly and Michael,Sonny,Courtney said

You too,Courtney said looking toward AJ.

Sonny opened up the evelope and stared.

It's done Sonny,Carly is no longer your wife and michael is no longer your son,Courtney said

She's divorcing me,Sonny choked up.

Wouldn't have been just alot easier to have excepte Jason and I together,Courtney asked

Sonny nodded.

I still have my sister,Sonny said

No,Courtney replied as Sonny looked up at her.

What,sonny asked

See people who call me a slut,even if there my brother well lets just say I don't forgive and forget that easy,Courtney said walking out.

Sonny looked down at the papers.Carly his wife,gone.Michael his son,gone.Jason his bestfriend and buisness partner,gone.Courtney his sister,gone.His life,GONE!

Well,Jason and Carly both asked when Courtney entered.

I gave them to him,while he and AJ were fighting about who was Michael's father,Courtney said

And thats what I told them,Courtney said with a smile as she sat on Jason's lap and he wrapped his arms around her.

Do you think he will be okay though,Courtney asked feeling somewhat concern for her brother even though he didn't deserve it.

Jason nodded.

Courtney too nodded.

Just then Michael and Leticia walked in.

Michael ran over to Carly kissed her and then went to pull Leticia out the door.

Woah,whats the rush,Carly asked

I just wanted to kiss you goodnight before i soent the night with grandma,Michael said

What about my kiss,Courtney asked with a pout.

Jason and Carly laughed as Maichael ran over and kissed Courtney then proceeded out the door.

Ah-ah,Jason said

No high five,Jason asked

Michael sighed and went to high five Jason.

Michael then went to pull Leticia out of the door when he stopped and looked at Jason,Carly and Courtney.

What,Nothing else,Michael teased

Courtney whipped a pillow at his head but Michael had already left.

Nice shot baby,Jason said

I missed,Courtney said

So,Jason said

Goodnight,Carly said quickly,she had to go away before she threw up!LOL

Carly,I really think you and Sonny could work this out,Courtney suggested

No,Carly said sternly.

Sonny sat on the couch and chugged back his 31st drink of the day.He was very drunk.All he could do was think how his hole life was gone and everything he loved was destroyed.
