Summary: Jason is a stripper, Court is still Sonnys sis and a chance meeting of the two could change the lives of many in PC. Note: Jason is still Sonnys enforcer as well as a stripper.
Setting: Jakes is still a strip club only this time our beloved Jason is the stripper and the owner is none other than Sonny Corinthos and his wife Carly.
It was a warm summer night and Jason Morgan had just finished a long shift at Jakes. Before heading back to his penthouse he decided to stop at Kelly's for coffee. It had been far too long since he'd set foot in the quaint café and mere thought of running into Elizabeth didn't thrill him but he decided to go in anyway. Stopping short of the door he notices Elizabeth idly chatting away with one of the customers and sneaks in to a table in the back of the café.
This action however did not go unnoticed by Elizabeth Webber. 'I'd better go see what he wants' she thought rolling her eyes and walking toward table 10.
'Oh god here she comes Jason thought to himself, I'd better look half interested.'
"What can I get you?" She asked almost in a whisper; her brown eyes locking with his piercing baby blues.
"Coffee" Jason stated bluntly.
Noticing that Jason wasn't paying her further attention she nodded and headed to the counter to get his coffee. Besides, the sooner she got his coffee, the sooner he would leave.
Jason sat at the table for several minutes noticing the people laughing and talking all around him; mostly couples engaged in playful banter. It was depressing because he was alone, and not because anyone told him to be but he wanted to be; or did he? He paused in mid-thought when a cold chill ran down his spine. He turned to see the source of the cold and noticed the most beautiful blonde woman shyly entering Kelly's.
Courtney Matthews head was lowered slightly and she wore jeans and a long white coat. The red shirt she wore peeked from behind the buttoned material. Slowly closing the door behind her in the hopes of going unnoticed by the other customers she slipped past a woman causing her to drop her bag to the floor.
"Hey watch out!" The woman scoffed and stormed out of Kelly's.
'Oh great, so much for a grand entrance', she thought silently.
Noticing the man at the table just short of the door she pulled a chair out and ever so sweetly asked, "Do you mind?"
Jason Morgan looked into her blue gray eyes so full of trepidation and didn't have the heart to tell this beautiful woman that he just wanted to be alone that he whispered a heartfelt, "Sure."
Thanking him she sat down and managed to flag down a waitress.
"What can I get you?" Penny asked sweetly.
"Hot chocolate if you have it." She smiled at the young woman.
"Sure, I'll be right back with that."
As soon as Penny was out of earshot Courtney looked at the man she was sitting across from noticing the far away look and asked, "So what's your name anyway?"
"Huh?" Broken from his reverie and not really hearing the woman's question he asked, "What did you say, I'm sorry."
"I said," "What's your name?" She laughed slightly and the dumbfounded look she received.
"Oh, oh, it's Jason, Jason Morgan." "And you are?"
"Courtney Matthews." She stated and reached out to shake his hand.
Jason stopped short of meeting her hand and realized he'd heard that name somewhere before; but where?
Suddenly a thought came to him, but it couldn't be true. Could it? Could she be the sister Sonny had mentioned?
Rising out of the chair he threw a wad of cash on the table, mumbled something about an errand to run and dashed out of Kelly's like a marathon man.
Laughing to herself she thought, 'Welcome to Port Charles.'
