~Chapter 4~

 *Kelly’s*

“Did she just say Sister? Oh my god, how is that even possible?!?” Courtney thought after hearing what Leah had just said.

“Let me get this straight, you come in here saying that you’re my little sister, and I am just supposed to believe you right away?” She asked, wanting to make sure that it was true or not.

“Ok look I know that this is hard to hear, I know because I had to hear it a few days ago from my own father, OUR Father.” Leah said, while looking at Courtney.

 Jason just sat there watching the confrontation with the two women. “God I wish I could help Courtney, This can not be easy for her, and it’s not like her dumb ass of a husband is doing anything to help.” He thought while Courtney spoke up again.

“Our father? Ok then if we have the same father prove it, what is his name?” Courtney asked thinking that she had all the answers before realizing that the truth was about to come spilling out.

“Mike Corbin” Leah said simple with tears in her eyes that were about to come spilling out.

“Oh my god” Courtney whispered “How can that be true?” she turned to the young woman again and asked her.

“I don’t know every detail about it, but I know that he had an affair with my mom and got her pregnant. Then she put me up for adoption when I was born and died in a car accident when I was Four. I just found out about our father a few weeks ago and then he told me about you… an-… and Sonny” Leah finished, with tears rolling down her face.

“How could he not have told me about her? He lied to me about Sonny, not to mention this young woman.” Courtney said to herself, realizing she didn’t even know her sisters real name.

“Ok well if you’re really my sister than I think I need to know your name” Courtney said to Leah with a small smile on her face.

Leah smiled a little before answering. “It’s Leah, Leah Corinthos.” Looking at the confused look on Courtney’s face she realized that she had some explaining to do.

“Ok well the reason I have the last name Corinthos is because my adopted parents gave me that last name, I never really thought about it twice, because I was to busy with school and being with my friends… But when I got older, I found it weird that I didn’t have the same name as my ‘parents’ at the time, so I went asking around and they told me about Mike. He called me and told me about almost everything, but he waited to tell me about my siblings.” She finished, knowing that Courtney was still confused because so was she, reminding herself that she needed to ask her father about her last name.

Courtney, deciding to accept the story that Leah had just told her, reached out to her and pulled her into a gentle embrace, feeling tears come down her cheeks as she held her Baby sister.

Jason quickly looked away, feeling tears in his eyes and brushing them away with the back of the hand. Finally looking up to see AJ walk back into the room.

AJ Watched as his Wife hugged the woman who had interrupted him so many times and began to get very frustrated.

“Courtney what do you think your doing?” AJ asked finally reaching the table.

“I’m hugging my little sister if you don’t mind.” She said while pulling away from Leah with a big smile on her face. 

Leah, who was smiling as well, realized that the man who had saved her from AJ’s ‘questioning’ earlier had not said anything in awhile, and noticed that he was again looking at her big sister. “Hmm…if they are not together already then I’m going to have a lot of fun and work cut out ahead of me, because they are such a match made in heaven that I am just going to have to set them up” she said to herself with a soft smile on her face and about a billion wedding idea’s forming in her head.

“Look Courtney I don’t know what charade these two are playing but I’m taking you home right now and I do-…” He tried to finish, but Leah, now realizing that she loved interrupting him more than anything, decided that now was more perfect time than any.

“Ok look here Peewee Herman, My sister is not going home with you ok? I have just met her like four minutes ago and I will not let you take her away from me now or so help me god your ass will be outside in a ditch!” she said looking very pleased with herself and feeling a sort of responsibility to look after her older sister, not realizing that it was usually the other way around.

Jason sat with a look of amusement on his face, as he watched her stand up for herself and Courtney. “She definitely needs to meet Sonny sometime soon. that will be very interesting.” He thought to himself as she turned to look at him.

“Ok I haven’t thanked you yet for standing up for me against… *cough*... umm him.” Leah said looking over at AJ with a look of disgust.

“It’s no problem, I had a feeling that he would do something like that, and I wanted to hear what you had to say. And I’m glad that you finally got to say It.” Jason said Looking at Courtney with a smile.

Courtney felt herself begin to blush, which did not go unnoticed by Leah, who found herself needing to ask a question or two that had been on her mind since she walked in.

“Well thanks again…?” She said, giving him the impression that she wanted to know who he was.

“Jason, Jason Morgan.” He said, getting up from his chair and extending his hand.

“Hi Jason, I’m Leah Corinthos, nice to meet you.” She said with a Grin while looking back and forth between Courtney and Jason.

“You to.” He said while sitting back down.

Leah, wanting to get down to business, grabbed an empty chair from a nearby table and pulled it up to the table and sat down by Jason.

“Ok so are you to together? Because really I think that you to would have some adorable kids, which would give me some adorable nieces and/or nephews!” she said with excitement in her voice. Looking over at Courtney who looked like she was about to laugh.

Jason, listening to Leah talk about his and Courtney’s children, made him realize that that’s all he wanted, a family with her.

“The only kids there will ever be will be ours!” AJ said, when saying ‘ours’ he pointed at himself and Courtney.

“Oh god, honey please tell me you didn’t marry Peabody over here.” Leah asked with a sad look on her face while looking at her sister.

Before Courtney could Say anything, AJ jumped in… “Yes she married me, and cut the insults you little Bit-…” He tried to finish but Leah slapped him before he could.

By the latest events, Jason was laughing so hard he had to hold onto the table before he fell to the floor. Courtney was also very amused by this, and then finding herself extremely pissed off by what her Husband had almost said.

“Look, I was not asking for your opinion, and frankly you could go to hell for all I care! I have no idea how my sister got involved with you and you will deeply regret it if you ever hurt her in any way or double cross me and as a matter of fact do not EVER come near me or you will be sorry!” She cried, looking at AJ with such hatred neither Jason nor Courtney had ever seen before.

AJ looked at her with a shocked look on his face while holding the side of his face where she had hit him.

At that moment Leah’s cell phone Rang. “Corinthos” she said while answering.

Jason was now in tears from laughter and Courtney was trying very hard not to laugh as they heard what Leah said when she answered the phone. “She is like Sonny’s mini me!” Courtney thought while watching Jason wipe the tears from his eyes.

“Yea-.. Ok I’ll be there soon... Wait where is it?.. Ok I’ll be right there... Alright… bye” she said while hanging up the phone.

“Ok guys, I wish I could stay and ‘fraternize’ some more” she said while staring at AJ who had retreated to the corner. “But I have to meet Dad over at Sonny’s Penthouse... I have some more family to meet.” She said with a nervous look on her face.

Courtney walked towards her sister and gave her a hug once more. “Ok sweetie I will see you later, take care and say hi to everyone for me ok?” she said before pulling away.

“Of course I will, and you know what? We should get together and go shopping sometime or just hang out so I can get to know you better!” Leah said while gathering her things.

“Sounds good, and when you get the chance just get my number from Sonny ok?” Courtney said.

“Actually why don’t you come by tonight? I’m sure Sonny won’t mind, and all three of us can get to know each other.” She asked, with a hopeful look on her face.

While waiting for Courtney to answer her she noticed AJ sitting at a table nearby with an ice pack on his face. “Oh for god’s sake I didn’t hit him that hard!” Leah thought.

“You know what? I’ll see you at Sonny’s.” Courtney said with a Grin on her face.

“Great! Ok I’ll see you there, Jase I hope to see you there too” she said winking at Jason before she headed out the door, giving Courtney a look that said “don’t worry he’s all yours.”

As Leah was leaving Kelly’s, she felt happier than she had ever been in her entire life, even after….. “Ok Leah let’s not bring up the past... You have the Future with your Family to look forward to.” She said to herself as she got in the car and drove to Penthouse 4.

*PH 4*

Sonny and Mike sat in complete Silence, acting like neither was still there. They had been like that until Max opened the Door and Sonny jumped up, Thanking god that something had ‘interrupted’ them.

“Mr. Corinthos, There is a Miss Leah Corinthos here to see you.” Max said with a very confused look on his face.

“Did he just say-…” Sonny’s thoughts were interrupted by a young woman walking into his Penthouse, she had Light Brown hair, and Blue eyes which looked exactly like Courtney’s and when she looked at Mike she smiled… where he noticed that she had the exact same Dimples that he had! “What the hell is going on?” he said, finally finding his voice.

“Ok Sonny, I want to intro-…” He started but was interrupted by none other than Leah herself.

“Daddy I think I can take it from here.” She said turning away from her father and started walking over to Sonny, who was so confused it wasn’t even funny.

“Holy shit did she just say DADDY!?!” he said to himself.

“Ok, ummm I know this must be hard for you to hear since you just found out about Courtney, which I did to as a matter of fact. But what I am trying to say is that... Sonny I’m your little Sister.” She blurted out, biting her lip, because she was unsure of what his reaction would be, but realizing it couldn’t be as bad as how she took it.

“Oh my god another little sister?!” Sonny thought.

He hadn’t said anything in awhile which scared Leah and wondered if he was not happy about the situation, which she couldn’t blame him for since she hadn’t been either.

Sonny realized he hadn’t said anything in awhile when he saw Leah with tears in her eyes. He walked towards he and put his arms around her. “Hey it’s ok, I’m just a little surprised that’s all, I thought I would have my hands full with Courtney and now I have two little sisters to look after.” He said while kissing her cheek to reassure her that everything was ok.

Leah tried to regain her composer before saying anything. “Sonny I’m really sorry, I wish I could have known you and Courtney sooner, but I had just found out like 2 weeks ago and I tried to get here to tell you as soon as I could.” She said with tears once again spilling down her face onto her black strapless dress.

“Shhh… it’s ok don’t worry about it, do you know how many times I have said what if With Courtney? Too many times, and now before I do that with you we will only say when and not if ok? I just am glad that we have gotten to meet each other, and all the years of not knowing are in the past, we have the whole future open to us as a Family.” He said while brushing away her tears with his hand. 

She smiled through her tears, but they were no longer sad angry tears of years without her brother and sister, they were happy tears of what the future was going to hold for her and her new family.

While Leah took a seat on the couch and began taking deep breaths to come herself down Sonny lashed out on Mike.

“HOW DARE YOU!!!!! HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME?!? AND COURTNEY FOR THAT MATTER!!! YOU ARE OUR FATHER, WHICH MEANS YOU LOVE AND PROTECT NOT LIE AND KEEP SECRETS FROM US!!!” Sonny screamed, his face getting redder with ever word spoken. He now had Mike pinned up against the wall.

Leah finally got herself under control and jumped up to get her brother to stop. “Sonny stop it NOW!!!” She screamed, which surprised Sonny since no one besides Carly had ever done that, and caused him to drop Mike on the ground.

“Look you said it yourself; we shouldn’t sit and keep asking what if? We need to look on what our future holds and Threatening and screaming is not going to help anything!” she said walking towards her brother and leading him to the couch.

“Ok your right, I’m sorry.” He said to her, not even looking to make sure Mike was ok as he got up from the floor. “Have you met Courtney yet?” he asked her with wonder.

She giggled softly remembering the incident with AJ that led to her meeting her sister. “Actually I have, we met at Kelly’s, and I met Jason and that Jack ass husband of hers... AJ I think she called him” she said with a playful look in her eye.

Sonny chuckled while listening to his sister. “She is one spunky Woman, reminds me of Carly.” He thought to himself while listening to her finish. 

“… He is so rude too! I actually had to hit the bastard, you know, try to knock some sense into him.” She said while shaking her head. “Oh and if you don’t mind I invited Courtney and Jason to come over” she remarked while blushing.

“No it’s fine, I have to talk to Jason about some things anyways.” He said, smiling and

Leah.

Leah looked confused so Mike decided to take it upon himself to tell her about Sonny and Jason.

“Well Leah, Jason works for Sonny, he is a Thug and Sonny is a Mobster-…” he tried to continue but Sonny was so pissed off he had to say something.

“Mike do not say one more word! Leah I will explain my Job to you later ok?” he said giving Mike the same look Leah had given AJ.

“Alright Sonny, don’t worry about it.” She said giving Sonny a reassuring smile.

Sonny gave a deep sigh and wondered if things could possibly get any interesting,.

*Kelly’s*

Jason looked at Courtney while she walked over to AJ; he got up and started walking over to them when he saw AJ yelling at her.

“How could you just sit there and watch that spoiled bitch hit me like that?!? You’re my wife damn it and Sister or not I will not let her think she rules the whole god damn world!” he yelled, tired of Courtney not listening to a thing he said.

Courtney just stood there and looked at him, letting him finished before she started her attack on him.

“Are you finished?” she asked him.

“No I’m not finished!” he yelled and grabbed her arm, but before he could do or say anything else, Jason grabbed him and pinned him up against the wall.

“Look AJ, don’t you ever talk about Courtney or Leah like that again do you hear me? And don’t touch either of them or you will be digging your own grave.” Jason said to him, about two inches away from AJ’s face, which scared the hell out of him.

“Alright golden boy, you can protect MY wife and her Sister all you want, but they WILL belong to me when I’m through with them.” And with that AJ turned and walked out of the diner, totally forgetting that he had left his wife with his younger brother.

Courtney turned to Jason and spoke up. “Thank you for standing up for me and Leah like that, I don’t know what got into him, he is never usually like that.” She said while rubbing the spot on her arm where AJ had grabbed her.

Jason became worried and walked closer to her. “Are you alright? Do you need to go to the hospital?” he asked with concern in his voice.

Courtney smiled at how upset he was, “god he is so sweet.” She thought while shaking her head at Jason’s question.

“No I’m alright, just a little sore. Can I get you anything else?” she asked him, looking up at him.

“How about the check?” he said while grabbing his leather Jacket from the chair.

“Sure, I’ll be right back.” She told him, while he watched her walk back to the cash register.

“She is so amazing, she has to deal with that scum AJ and she still has a smile on her face, God she’s Beautiful.” He said to himself, not realizing he said that aloud and was startled to hear some teenage girls giggling at him from the table behind his.

As she walked back over to him she wanted nothing better to run into his arms and have him hold her close, but she was married and she loved AJ… didn’t she?

“Ok here is your Check” she said finally reaching Jason’s side.

As she handed the check to him the hands met and it felt like a surge of electricity had gone through their bodies, they looked at each other with shock. “Whoa what the hell was that?” Jason thought as his hand lingered on hers. “That did not feel like Sta-…”

“-…tic Cling!” Courtney though to herself while removing her hand. “*Cough* well ummm I guess I’ll see you at Sonny’s?” she asked him with a hopeful look on her face.  

“Yeah, I’ll be there.” He said. any chance of seeing her, than he would be there.

“Ok, then I’ll see you there… Bye Jason” she said smiling at him as she walked back into the kitchen.

“Bye” he whispered as he watched her walk away from him.
