Summary: What happens when you thought you had the life you always wanted back .. and than something goes wrong to ruin it? But you have the people who love you there to help you put it all together, even though it may be hard for them.

*Okay this is my first fanfic and im only 14 .. so tell me how you think it goes. Feedback will be greatly appreciated*

Here is just some basic information: Everything that happened between Jason and Courtney/Sonny and Carly (and everyone else involved with them) in the show happened. Carly has gotten over her "Alcazar Syndrome" and there are no more side affects to her brain injury.Sonny and Carly are together and happy. Jason and Courtney are not yet back together ... but I will be fixing that HEHE :)

.CHAPTER 1. HOPE YA LIKE IT!

~PH 4~
"Carly!", Sonny yelled from the living room .. not knowing that she was only in the next room.
"What?", she answered back just as loud, while carrying in a huge bowl of chips and a large soda.
"And just what do you think you are doing with that?", Sonny said while pointing at what she was holding.
"Um ... I was planning on eating it," Sonny just gave her a look that meant Oh no you aren't. "Aw Sonny c'mon! I'm not pregnant anymore," she stopped, thinking she could get him with this one, "and I promise to pay you back if you let me have my way", Carly stated seductively.
Sonny laughed and answered just as seductively,"I'm sure you would .... buuut Courtney is spending the weekend here remember?" Sonny started kissing Carly's neck.
"I cannot believe I forgot!", she said pulling away. "We are supposed to go shopping!" Carly said excitedly.
"Oh God. I can't believe she still has not learned-" Sonny tried to say ...
"Oh you only say that because you can't keep up with me when we shop together, which isn't that often.",Carly cut in.
"Right, right, right, right.", Sonny said as he smiled his dimpling smile.
"I just hope that I can talk some sense into her about getting back together with Jason this weekend.", Carly said with a grin on her face.
"Carly - Carly stay out of it. If they really love eachother the way they thought, they will find their way back on their own ... I still have faith in them.", Sonny smiled.
Carly answered,"I know - I know .. but still I am going to try. But listen, I am going to run over to Kelly's to see my mom real quick. Okay?" Little did he know that she was going to talk to Courtney.
Taking a breath in and smiling slightly at his wife Sonny answered,"Arite. Just take Max with you .. please?"
"Ugh, fine! But Sonny, I'm a big girl I can take care of myself," she stopped and looked at him,"but if it will make you happy ..."
Sonny let out his breath and said thankfully," Thank you."
They gave eachother a quick kiss and Carly was out the door.

~Kelly's~
Kelly's was busy and Courtney was working her shift. She was busy waiting tables, smiling and taking orders. Jason was outside, looking through the window watching her. He was wishing he could soon have her in his arms again .. if only she would stop being so stubborn. It was getting hard for Courtney not to give in to what she really wanted to do, but she could not forget that a whole family was almost destroyed and Jason did nothing to stop it. That is what she thought though. Jason knew that she didn't understand. He saw Carly coming around the corner and did not want to have to deal with her 20 questions game so he left to go to PH4 without being seen.

Carly walked into Kelly's and immediatley found Courtney sitting at the counter taking her 10 minute break. Courtney was so lost in thought of memories of her and Jason, she did not hear Carly calling her name. Carly knew why she was not answering her, she had been there once too before. She finally just tapped Courtney on the shoulder.
"Court?", Carly asked while tapping her on the shoulder.
"Oh God Carly I didn't even see you there-" ,Courtney tried to say.
"But you were thinking of Jason, weren't you?",Carly asked while grinning.
"Carly please can we not do this right now?", Courtney pleaded.
Carly looked at her and thought she would give her a break and said,"Okay, okay."
Courtney sighed and said with a smile of relief,"Thank you Carly."
Carly quickly changed the subject and said laughingly,"So are you ready for your weekend at the Penthouse 4?".
"Yes, I am very ready." Courtney said happily. "I could use a good shopping trip and some time with the boys and you and Sonny."
"Well you will get plenty of that", Carly said. "Hey why dont you just come with me now?" Carly asked.
Courtney looked at her and thought sure, why not?, "You know what? I think I will." Carly smiled and Courtney turned around and asked Penny if she could cover for her and she would pay her back. Penny kindly said yes. Courtney got her stuff and she and Carly headed home. Neither of the women realized that brian was sitting at the corner table listening carefully to what they were saying. He knew Courtney would never be smart enough to figure out what he was trying to do ... or though he thought.

~PH 4~
Sonny and Jason were talking "business" when they heard girlish laughter out in the hall. Jason's head shot up and he just looked at Sonny. Sonny felt sorry because he knew how hard it was for both Jason and Courtney to be around eachother at the moment. Carly and Courtney entered the penthouse happily, but Courtney's happiness soon turned to nervousness, regret, and heartbreak. Jason and Courtney just looked at eachother. Jason was angry, upset, and heartbroken because of their seperation. He couldn't stay there any longer.
"Sonny, I've gotta go. Carly I will see you later," he said to them. He got his jacket and just walked right by Courtney without so much of a hello or goodbye.
