Chapter 15

Song Playing during whole conversation-
Jason motioned Courtney to the bench-Courtney there is something I have to ask you.
Courtney gasped
Jason- I know it is soon but....Courtney will you marry me?
Courtney- Oh my gosh Jason. Yes yes I will marry you.
Jason jumps up and gives her a soft kiss.
Jason- I don't have a ring because I wanted to take you to buy one.
Courtney- Jason you are the most amazing person I have met.
Jason- Every time I look into your eyes I fall in love all over again. You are my heart and soul. Without you I would be nothing.
Courtney- Let's go tell Sonny and Carly!

Penthouse 4
Courtney walks in: Sonny, Carly are guys home?
Sonny comes downstairs and Carly comes out of the kitchen: What's up?
Courtney- Sonny I know you don't want me and Jason together but I am old enough to date or see anyone I want. I am not a baby any more. I..
Courtney was cut-off by Sonny- Courtney I know I have been treating you unfairly but I just wanted to protect my little sister.
Courtney- I know. but sometimes you take things the wrong way.
Sonny- I love you Courtney. I want the best for you.
Courtney- Sonny I love you too. (goes and hugs sonny)
Carly- FINALLY!
All eyes are on Carly
Carly- What?
Courtney- Me and Jason have wonderful news
Carly-You guys are pregnant! Oh my gosh Courtney that's great!
Courtney- I am not pregnant. You are getting ahead of yourself.
Sonny- Would you let her speak? Otherwise I will lock you in the room. And you were saying?
Jason-She was saying. that me and Courtney are engaged!
Sonny- Courtney I am happy for you.
Courtney- Thank you.

Carly- So Courtney where's the rock?
Jason- We don't have a ring because I am taking her to buy any ring she wants.
Carly- Oh well excuse me, Mr. Perfect.
Courtney- Carly can I please see you in the hall?
Courtney drags Carly out into the hall
Courtney- What are you doing? Are you drunk?
Carly- I am just lightning up the mood.
Courtney- How about this. You sit in there with us and just smile. Don't speak.
Carly- But..
Courtney- No buts.
Carly- Okay okay
Courtney and Carly went back by the guys and just chatted the night away.

Chapter 16

Jason and Courtney's Apartment (couch)
Jason- Can you believe Carly last night (starts to chuckle)
Courtney- I knew she would probably do something like that. She is fun and awesome to hang out with but sometimes she can be embarrassing. But I still love her.
Jason- Yeah. I kind have noticed.
Courtney- What did you want to do today?
Jason- I was hoping that we can book a flight to Florida, so we can tell my parents about our engagement.
Courtney- Yeah. sure. We really haven't even talked about our families.
Jason- Yeah...I.........know. (startles) (starts to form tears)
Courtney- Jason is there something wrong?
Jason- The reason I never brought up talking about our families is because when I was 18 my brother, AJ, killed........he killed my sister.....Gia.(I thought I would have Jason and Gia being brother and sister. Emily will also be his sister in this story)
Courtney- Jason. I am sorry for your loss. Why did he kill your sister?
Jason- It all started when we were little. Gia would always hang out with me and my other sister Emily. Gia always had a bad feeling about AJ. She would have nightmares about him. One day we were at the park playing basketball and I saw AJ and another man talking. The other man didn't look like a nice guy. I told Emily and Gia that I needed a drink of water. I snuck into the bush behind AJ and the man. I heard AJ telling him how their plan needed to be done quickly. I didn't know what that meant. Once AJ left I was going to follow him and make him tell me what's going on. But AJ disappeared so fast I didn't see the man pull a gun out and he....he shot......he shot my sister. Five times in the head. Emily started screaming. I ran to her and gia's side as fast as I could. Emily called 9-1-1. By the time they came she wasn't breathing. Her last words to me and Emily was "I Love You". To this day I have hated AJ and haven't spoken to him since.
Jason was now crying on Courtney's shoulder. Courtney felt so bad for him. She told him that we didn't have to rush and tell his parents yet. He told her that before they tell their parents that they will go to the cemetery we Gia was buried and talk to her.

Chapter 17

Jason and Courtney went to Florida and met Jason's family. Monica disagreed at first until she saw how Jason was so in love with this girl. Monica, Alan and Emily flew back to New York with Jason and Courtney. Right away Courtney bonded with Emily. Emily was telling Courtney that Jason never opens up his feeling to anyone.

In New York- PH4
Jason introduced Alan, Monica and Emily to Sonny and Carly.
Carly- It's nice to meet you three!
Sonny- How about we go to the cellar and celebrate Jason and Courtney's engagement.
Monica- Sounds wonderful!

Cellar
Sonny (holds up glass)- I'd like to propose a toast to the est sister in the world and to my soon-to-be-brother-in-law. (looks towards Courtney):I wish you the best life can give you. You deserve all the love you can get. Cheers!

Before Courtney can take a sip she faints into Jason's arms.
