Chapter 14

[The rays of sunlight sore through the bedroom of PH2. Courtney began

to

stir, Courtney woke up and looked to her side and saw Jason sleeping

soundly

next to her. She couldn’t believe that she was with Jason. She thought

she

could feel this way about someone especially after everything that

happened

with AJ, but Jason was different he would never hurt her like AJ did.

She

felt so safe and content with Jason]

[Jason began to stir]

Jason: Courtney

[She looked at Jason lying awake]

Jason: Morning

[Courtney got out of bed then Jason did they walking over to her.

Courtney

smiled as he leaned over and kissed her the kiss was passionate and

full of

love each kiss was more passionate then the last in the middle of the

kiss

Jason’s cell rang]

Jason: Sorry

[Courtney walked around their bedroom as Jason was talking on the

phone, she

sighed at went down the stairs and sat on the couch]

Jason: Courtney

[Courtney looked at him with a slight frown]

Courtney: you have to go and do something for Sonny don’t you

Jason: Courtney I have to go now I’m sorry Courtney but it’s my job

[Jason looked at Courtney and kissed her]

[He went and got dressed]

[Courtney sighed]

Courtney: I know but...

[Jason pulled her into another kiss]

Jason: Ill see you tonight

Courtney: Jason

Jason: yea

Courtney: One more thing

Jason: What’s that

Courtney: I love you

Jason: I love you too

[They kiss]

Jason: I really got to go

Courtney: ill see you tonight

[Jason leaves]

Carly: Hey Jason

Jason: Hey

Carly: How’s Courtney?

Sonny: How’s my sister?

Jason: She's ok. She's staying at my place for a while. AJ, he-- he

went too

far. Apparently, he is the one who was stalking her. He beat her

unconscious

I found her a couple of days ago.

Sonny: The little bastard. How dare he hurt her like that. I could kill

him.

Jason: I know, I know. I had the same reaction. She asked me not to

hurt

him. Said she didn't want me to hurt anyone because of her.

Sonny: Yeah I figured she'd say something like that. All right, I'll

let it

go...this time. It happens again...

Jason: It happens again and I'll kill him myself. She doesn't deserve

any of

that

Carly: I can’t believe AJ...I have an idea

Jason: Carly

Carly: What

Jason: I don’t want to here it none of your plans or ideas work

Carly: I think we all should go out tonight you me Sonny and Courtney

Jason: For what

Carly: For Courtney

Jason: Why for Courtney

Carly: She deserves to get out after AJ and all

Jason: All right ill tell her

Carly: No ill tell her...you two discuss your business but be ready and

dressed at the club at 7

[Carly leaves]

Carly: Hey Courtney

Courtney: Hey Carly

Carly: How are you doing

Courtney: better I mean its still hurts what AJ did to me but I have

Jason

Carly: Were all going out tonight so get dressed were going shopping

Courtney: really

Carly: I think it would be prefect time to tell Sonny about you and

Jason

Courtney: Not yet

Carly: what are you waiting for

Courtney: It's to soon

Carly: Come on we got some shopping to do we have to be there at 7

[Later]

The Cellar

[Jason has his arm around Court]

Carly: Ok, I would like to propose a toast. Courtney I’m so sorry for

everything you have been though with AJ and I’m glad Jason could have

been

there for you. I’m hope you will find someone special that you can

spend the

rest of your life with.

Sonny: Cheers.

Carly: Cheers. Your turn.

Sonny: No, I want to. Uh -- I never expected to have a little sister,

Love

is -- it's rare, and it's too valuable to give up for anybody, I just

want

to toast to you to be rid of that scum Don't let anybody get in your

Courtney: Aw.

Carly: Beautiful. All right, you, it's your turn now.

Jason: No.

Carly: Yes.

Jason: No, come on, you guys know how I feel about talking

Courtney: Jason you don’t have to

Jason: Courtney I’m glad that I could of helped you through the whole

stalker thing

Courtney: I want to thank you guys for everything

Carly: Cheers

Chapter 15

Courtney: AJ Leave

AJ: My wife and my brother are on the date with the town mobster

Sonny: What are you talking about?

AJ: Oh you don’t know do you

Sonny: Know what?

[Courtney and Jason look at one another]

AJ: While I was gone -------

Carly: You mean while you were stalking your wife

AJ: While I was gone my brother here has been sleeping with my wife

Sonny: What that’s insane AJ

AJ: You don’t see them denying it do you

Sonny: Courtney, Jason

Courtney: Yea

Sonny: Tell AJ that you’re not sleeping with Jason

Sonny: Courtney

AJ: She cant because she is

Carly: Get the hell out

AJ: I’m leaving have a pleasant evening

Sonny: All right what the hell was that about?...What’s going

on?...Jason

are you sleeping with my sister?

Sonny: Well is anyone going to answer me?

Carly: Sonny lets talk about this tomorrow

Sonny: Damit I want to talk about this now

[Courtney squeezes Jason’s hand tight]

Courtney: We were going to tell you but it all happened so fast . I

first the whole stalking thing and then finding out AJ was behind it

Jason: Sonny we should have told you when we started to feel for one

another

Sonny: When was that

Jason: Sometime during the staling you know I was guarding her and I

liked

her then I realized it was more. I should of told you.

Sonny: Yeah you should’ve told me………Its not like you to keep secrets

Jason: Yeah I know Sonny We were just waiting for the right time. I

really

didn’t know this would be a problem for you

[Courtney squeezes Jason’s hand tighter]

Sonny: I know you’d never betray me Jason and I'm not doing this to

punish

you I just wish you would have told me from the beginning. That way I

could

have explained to why you cant be with Courtney…before you fell in love

with

her. That’s what happened right? You-You love her?

Jason: Yea I do

Sonny: Well I’m sorry

Jason: I’m not

Sonny: You’re my enforcer you take lives and risk your own there’s

nothing

you can give Courtney nothing that will last you know this has to end

[Jason looked at Courtney and wiped away her tears that had fallen on

Jason: I love Courtney and she loves me and I don’t want that to end

[Courtney got up and ran to the bathroom and cried]

Carly: You bastard

Sonny: Why cant you let them be together

Carly: If you make Jason break her heart I will kill you my self there

love and you cant stop them I’m going to check on Courtney

Sonny: Does Courtney know what you do?

Jason: I Guarded her for months

Sonny: Well your not a guard, Jason Does she understand your real work?

Jason: I Told here that id o jobs for you that I cant talk about. And

she

hears AJ and the cops call me an hit man and she knows what that means.

[Sonny sighs]

Sonny: Your right about Carly and Michael I keep them with me spite of

danger I keep on telling my self there safe but I know I'm lying you

Jason: You want me to save Courtney by hurting her I don’t I don’t

understand

Sonny: Well can you understand it hurts worst to die? Huh? Lilly could

tell

you if you could hear her, if she want cold in the ground with the

angels in

heaven or wherever else I sent her when she walked across that parking

lot

with my child so she can explode in a car bomb meant for me. Its never

gone

it fades sometimes for day weeks but then until Michaels playing around

you

know when something falls and the sound is so loud you-- you thinks

it’s a

gun shot. Or I’m laying next to Carly late at night and I see Lily’s

face,

and there’s a bright light and sound of a car blowing apart, the sound

of

her life ending. If Courtney dies because of you, you’ll be carrying it

forever. Don’t take that chance Walk away now.

Jason: I love Courtney with all my heart and you cant stop us from

being

together.

Sonny: Even with everything I told you your still going to be with my

sister

Jason: Jason I love Courtney and she loves me spite all the danger and

we

are going to be together.

[Carly and Courtney walk out]

[Carly Sees the anger in Sonny’s face]

Carly: What happened?

Sonny: Nothing lets go

Carly: Courtney Call me if you need anything

Courtney: All right ill see you

Jason: Bye

Courtney: Lets go home, unless you don’t want me there?

Jason: Why would I want you there?

Courtney: I head you and Sonny talking to you trying to convince you to

let

me go because he thinks I’m going to die because of you.

Jason: I Love you and I want to hold on as long as possible

Courtney: Does Sonny realize this is my life and choose who I want to

live

it with I chose to love you and not let go I’m not a piece of furniture

that

he can just rearrange he is use to getting his way he wont about this

[They kiss]

Jason: Lets go home

[Jason and Courtney leave]
