Courtney's Penthouse

[They are kissing passionately, hands roaming all over each other's body. It's extremely HOT!]

Jason: [out of breath] Are you sure you want to do this?

[Courtney nods and they return to their kissing and groping.]

[They stop kissing, are breathing heavily and have their foreheads together.]

Jason: Look, I don't want to stop, but --
courtney: Neither do i, jason.

[He kisses her again with even more passion, and then pulls away.  He looks unsure.  They both are flushed and the desire is burning in their eyes.  Court slowly walks to the light switch and dims the lights. She walks back over and they resume their passionate kissing.  Jason hands frantically pull at her sweater, needing contact with her skin, as Courtney pushes his jacket off one shoulder. Jason's head goes to her chest and becomes frustrated with her sweater.]

Courtney: [laughs and steps back] Ok.

[She unbuttons her sweater and takes it off.  Jason just watches her in amazement of her body.  He wants her and wants her bad.  He removes his jacket. She glances to her bedroom and he follows her gaze.  He takes her hand and she leads him to her room.  His hands go to her shoulders as they walk into her room and the door shuts behind them.]

[Jason and Courtney lie in bed. Courtney's head rests on his bare chest.]

Courtney: Are you ok?

Jason: Yeah. Are you?

Courtney: Yeah. Yeah, I'm great. I just -- I never thought it could be like this. You know, I really -- I really did just invite you to dinner. I didn't expect -

jason: That's --  [Jason kisses her on the top of her head and runs his fingers through her hair.]

Courtney: We're both married.

Jason: Yeah, technically. Why are you thinking about that now?

Courtney: My god. Hmm.  [Courtney sits up.]

Jason: What?

Courtney: This is A.J.'S bed. I mean, technically, it came with the apartment, but --

Jason: Look, A.J. -- He doesn't live here, and brenda doesn't live with me and --

Courtney: Does that change things?

Jason: We just need to think about something else.

Courtney: You know what? You're right. To hell with a.J. I'm free and so are you.  [They settle back comfortably into bed.]

[Noise] [They both sit up.]

Courtney: Oh, my god. What was that?

In the living room

[Jason is dressed and Courtney is in her robe.]

Jason: [sitting on the couch with Rosie.] Guess who it was --

Courtney: Rosie. What are you doing?

Jason: She was jumping on the door.

Courtney: Did you escape from Mrs. La rosa's, huh? What am I going to do with you? Come on, let's go on upstairs.

Jason: Um -- uh, I should go.

Courtney: [disappointed] Oh. Ok. Um -- um, come on, rosie. Let's go lay down. Come on
.
Jason: Dinner was -- was great.

Courtney: Listen, I made some chocolate chip cookies for dessert if you want to take some with you.

Jason: No, that's -- no, that's ok. Thanks.

Jason: Is everything ok?

Courtney: Yeah. You were wonderful.

Jason: So were you.

Courtney: So i guess -- I guess I'll see you, then?

Jason: Yeah, sure.

Courtney: [grabs Jason's hand.] Hey. You know, it's ok if you call me -- I mean, if you want to.

Jason: Yeah, ok.  [Jason places a kiss on her forehead and leaves.]

[Knock on door]

courtney: Hi.

A.J: Is this a bad time?

Courtney: Yeah.

A.J: It won't take long.

Courtney: Look, you can't just show up here without calling.

A.J: Look, it's about the divorce, ok? Five minutes, that's all i need.
Courtney: Five minutes.

A.J: Courtney, I don't, i don't -- I can't sign these.

Courtney: Why not?

A.J: I'm making good money. You need alimony, ok? I want you to live in a better place than this.

Courtney: I don't want any help from you.

A.J: Is this really what you want? To live in a place like this alone, waiting tables for the rest of your life?

Courtney: God -- you really believe in me, don't you?

A.J: No, no, I just -- I just want to help, that's all.

Courtney: No, I've had about as much of your help as I can stand, a.J. And I don't want to owe you one single thing ever.

A.J: Weren't you supposed to be at a bake sale?

Courtney: What i do isn't any of your business.

A.J: Hmm. Pot pie, garlic bread. Wow -- you really went all out, didn't you?

Courtney: Yeah, I did.

A.J: You've already moved on?

Courtney: Your five minutes are up.

A.J: Salad, wine. Jason like it?

Courtney: I want you to leave.
A.J: You couldn't even finish dinner?
Courtney: Get out!

A.J: What, were you taking a little break? Catching your breath? Is that it?

Courtney: No, wait, you can't go in there.

A.J: Why not?

Courtney: Because you don't live here anymore, a.J.

A.J: You're still my wife. And you're already sleeping with my brother?
Harborview Towers' hallway

[Jaosn steps of the elevator.]

Carly: Hey.

Jason: Don't you have anything to do at all ever?

Carly: Well, marco told me you were coming up.

Jason: Well, it's -- it's been a long night.

Carly: Why are you back so soon?

Sonny: Hey.

Jason: Good night.

Sonny: Hey. Where you been all night?
